Creating System folders
You can create every internal Windows folder by naming the folder with the correct
CLSID:

You don't have to use the standard names. You can name the folders as you like
as long as the correct CLSID is added after the point.
These CLSIDs are set within HKLM\Software\Micorosft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\xxxxxxx\NameSpace
where xxxxxxx can stand for ControlPanel, Desktop, MyComputer, NetworkNeighbourhood
and so on.
